Client Scenario:  A client had identified several high potential leaders who were going to be expected to take on increasingly complex roles over the next several years of their careers. The organization had a well developed talent review process and had profiled both the key roles and the individual leadership competencies that were critical for the future of the company. Cradlerock was asked to partner with each individual 

Cradlerock Solution: We began with a short series of interviews and a one on one matching process to connect each participant with the right coach on our team. The work itself began with individual assessments designed to help each person get a deeper level of understanding and comfort with their personal strengths. 360 feedback surveys were launched and each participant developed a comprehensive development plan that incorporated specific opportunities aligned with goals for professional tracks that aligned with company needs. 

The coaching work included monthly sessions held over an eighteen month cycle. We included regular management meetings and also ancillary training opportunities as part of the plan for each individual coachee. 

As the program reached it’s successful completion, we created a tracking mechanism to ensure that coaching goals had been achieved for each participant. Several of them were promoted within the following two years and one eventually became the company CEO. As a final note to the program, that CEO returned to working with his Cradlerock coach and that relationship continues to this day. He credits that coaching program and subsequent work as the single most powerful experience in his professional career.
